Just any. I'm interested in practical household cooking, something I can make in my own kitchen and adapt when necessary. I don't need modern adaptations or conversions, they often strike me as condescending and I can work that out for myself, but I'm not a stickler for historical accuracy (of the result) either. I'm a cook, not a re-enactor.
