We used to say the same thing about our Previa minivan. Apparently Toyota has that knack.
Actually we may have proven it to be true. We once parked the Previa inside the pavilion, then packed all the stuff and the pavilion inside the van. So obviously, it is bigger inside than outside. A four-dimensional vehicle!
