I picked up some rather nasty bug during my travels and spent yesterday mostly unconscious with a fever of 101.4F. So: no Alpennia blog yesterday, and no A Little Princess blog today. Sorry about that.

It's always a bit scary how awful I feel on the first day of a whatever-it-is. Lungs full of fluid, aching all over, capable of sleeping for 48 hours.
