The Mystic Marriage is in Beta!

I sent The Mystic Marriage, sequel to Daughter of Mystery off to the beta-readers this morning. (Checks clock … ok, afternoon.) Very excited! For you ordinary readers, this still means about a year or so before you can read it. (The proposal has been with my publisher for a couple of months now but I haven't heard anything about scheduling yet.) Next on the writing schedule is to get caught up on some blog posts. I have the Twitter promotion "interview" to write and a couple of guest blog posts that I've set up. After that, I plunge into writing the last installment of the Skin Singer stories in hopes of selling the entire series as a fix-up. By the time that's done, I should have the beta feedback and can get MM off to the publisher (assuming they want it, which I've been assured is only a formality).

But for now, I plan to spend the holiday weekend cleaning my house.
