If you're serious, we could certainly look into it. (I'm much more inclined to the "every time-span X whether we think we've accomplished anything or not" because there's always the spur of that deadline to get something written.) We'd need more people though. And some sort of common understanding of purpose. But yeah, let's see what we can stir up.
