This IS the life

Today it is sunny and warm and I'm breakfasting al fresco on my deck. The birds are tweeting; the daffodils are blooming; the cat who these days is confined to the house is lazing in a pool of sun. Now if only I could solve the problem of glare on the laptop screen .... (I have one of those little "screen hood" things, but it really doesn't help much.)

Today will definitely be a yard work day. I'm feeling stoked.
