The fans are drifting out into the cold winter twilight. The dealers are breaking down. And those of us staying over until Monday are clumping up in the lobby making dinner plans. The panels I was on were fun, except for the one where one couple succeeded in doing about 90% of the talking. (The moderator needs assertiveness practice.) I actually got to plug books in two of the panels: the medieval Welsh costume book in the "Clothing Your Characters" panel, and the baby-name book in the "Writing to Order" panel. There's a fine art to snagging chances to plug one's own work on panels without it dragging things too off topic or getting overly obnoxious about it. I hope I negotiated it.

As usual, I bought too many books from Poison Pen Press (specialists in costume and cookery). I managed to unload a bunch of "Medieval Welsh Clothing"s on them as well, so I now have a vendor to direct people to when they ask about it.
