Movie Review: Beowulf (IMAC 3-D)

If you go into the theater to watch Beowulf without the understanding that it is, thoroughly and unashamedly, a big-screen adaptation of a graphic ... well, not "novel", but "literary work", and not a direct adaptation of the classic Old English heroic poem, it would be easy to misinterpret the movie's intent, and therefore to misjudge how well it succeeds at its purpose.
