When I worked at Alza I managed to scald my hand by spilling hot tea on it, and I needed to go see the nurse. Who filled out an official injury report. With questions like, "Was she trained in the use of this equipment?" (Yes, I know, hand injuries are a big deal in that industry, but I thought the paperwork was funny in that situation.)
