Interesting: so the ms. that Vogelzang is working from is defferent from the ms. that Grewe was working from. his version of the mushroom sauce also calls for Coriander/cilantro so I've always ignored it (hates the cilantro we does!) I will have to revisit a couple recipes I ignored for this reason...

btw the parsley & cilantro are specifically minced in the Grewe version.
