It wasn't a matter of not thinking about asking ... it's that my day-to-day schedule at the moment is so overwhelming that I have no brain left to make external arrangements. (gormflaith offered to do the bread when we just happened to be chatting about it, so I didn't have to brain.) When I'm overwhelmed I hunker down into "I'll do it all myself" mode because it's "easier".
