Well, I very much enjoyed Daughter of Mystery, but I confess I haven't gotten around to acquiring and reading, much less reviewing, Mystic Marriage (or much other fiction) because Life. The musketeer novelette sounds fascinating.

How do you go about doing a "properly formatted e-book"? I formatted my book in PDF to the publisher's specs, and when I took it shareware I just kept the formatting, without adding so much as TOC links. Can you recommend some software?
