I suppose it shouldn't have been startling just how many couples we have photographs of together, but let's say it's heart-warming. I was also amused that while no one is quite sure when the term "Boston Marriages" came into use, there's more solid evidence for the contemporary use of "Wellesley Marriages" for couples among the faculty there.
