I understand how that can trigger imposter feeling syndrom, but please remind those feelings that just now everyone is feeling at least a bit stressed, and many of them totally overwhelmed. As a result things that they had been looking forward to may well seem too hard. Their being difficult to contact just now doesn't necessarily have anything to do with you and their normal interest in being on the podcast.
Have you ever talked to a physical therapist about your bum leg? They could, at the least, give you exercises to help strengthen that ankle, and might be able to offer other exercises that could help alleviate some of the problems you still have with that leg. Of course, now isn't the best time to book an appointment with anyone...
