The issue with podcast scheduling has been going on for years. So, no, not related to current stress.
When the "sproing" event first happened, I was regularly seeing a chiropracter for lower back issues anyway. I was never quite sure whether it was helping anything long-term and I finally quit her for a combination of "I don't see where this is going long-term" and discovering anti-vax literature displayed in her waiting room. In the past couple years I've had a monthly massage subscription and have been working on the sciatica a lot with my current masseuse. (I need to establish a really strong trust relationship with a particular masseuse before being willing to let them mess with my hips.) Again, it's hard to tell whether there are long-term benefits, in part because it's hard to develop metrics. But I like the regular massage for general muscle tension anyway, so I'm keeping at it.
