My professional blog has been a bit sparse lately, other than the podcast transcripts (which are an overriding commitment for me). But during the year or so when I challenged myself to post something to the blog every day, then of course reviews helped fill things out. As far as I can tell, my professional blog is also in the "doesn't get a lot of hits" category. Certainly it doesn't get much measureable engagement. I think that contributes to not always feeling motivated to write stuff there.
