What will you do with your leap-second?

We get an extra second at midnight to keep up with the rhythms of the universe. I think I'm going to spend mine catching up on sleep.
I went and saw the Narnia movie last night. Quite enjoyable, although like many of the literature-based movies I've seen lately, I think it's better thought of as an illustrated supplement to the book itself and skips lightly over some important aspects of the story. In contrast to some people's advance worries, not only was the whole Christian allegory aspect not over-emphasized, I think you could blink and miss it. Aslan's sacrifice was more bewildering than heart-rending. The kids also seemed to spend entirely too much of the movie refusing their fate, but I don't recall whether this is true to the book or not. The effects pretty much all worked for me.
Tomorrow, I think, will be an organizational project day. Perhaps the sewing table, or possible the top of the filing cabinets. I also need to come up with a baking project for 12th night presents -- I'm currently contemplating little individual plum puddings.
