So guess what I found by the side of the bike path at lunch today? Yup, the security badge I lost Friday. It even had my $5 bill still tucked into the holder. Since it was lying out in plain sight (in a location I'd passed twice Friday looking for it) I wonder if someone spotted it and moved it to a more visible place. (I know I do things like that when I spot a dropped item out of line-of-sight.)

This is the biking/jogging/dog-walking trail that runs along the shore of the bay on the west side of I-80. You don't get a lot of casual foot traffic -- mostly folks out for exercise (like me).
