It's a Bouncing Baby Mortgage!

Hey, that's pretty much it. There were a couple of potential glitches at the last moment, but we steamrollered over them. I finished signing the papers at about quarter past 5 this afternoon. Of course, I don't actually own the house yet -- that waits until the money has actually been moved around, my parents sign away their ownership, and we officially dissolve the partnership. But they'll be out visiting in California starting next week, which will make certain aspects simpler. Tomorrow I may do something to celebrate -- I'm wavering between treating myself to a spa session and massage at Osento and buying a new piece of china. Or maybe both.
