What's in the package?

There was a "package waiting" slip in the mailbox today. It's unlikely to be the whipping tops I ordered for the Mists Games Tourney, since I just got an e-mail notification that they'd been shipped yesterday. And if it were the copy of Medieval Dress and Textiles I'd think it would have fit in the box. So I'm guessing it's most likley to be the shipment of loot from David Brown that I bought at Kalamazoo. Guess what I'm doing on my lunch hour tomorrow. The hard part will be tearing myself away after I take the box home. (Since the post office is closer to my house than to work, and since I'll be on my bike, it doesn't make sense to haul it around for the rest of the day.)

Academic squee

I confess, I do ego-surf on Google periodically. This is the first time I've gotten a hit on Google Scholar -- someone has cited my PhD dissertation in their own research. Too cool.
