Snow trip!

Going off for a cross-country ski weekend at scotica's family's cabin with her and the brothers. (We made some stabs at pulling other people in but left it a bit late.) Other than the part where I may end up putting chains on the car in the dark late at night, it should be a lot of fun.

I'm pondering doing a deeply contemplative and self-revealing post based on a recent discussion on klwilliams' journal but it'll take more than a lunch hour to compose, so this is just a teaser.

And just maybe, next week I'll start biking to work again, since it's reliably light if I leave promptly at 5.
