Am I up past midnight?
Apr. 1st, 2006 12:51 amYesterday I could feel the pollen dragging at my sinuses (I don't get bad hay fever, but it hits me a few times around this time of spring) so I took an allergy pill before going to sleep. That meant I was tired and draggy for half the morning. And now I barely noticed that it's gone past midnight and I haven't gone to bed yet. Well, at least it's a weekend and I can sleep as long as I please (or at least as long as I can) tomorrow. No real chance of getting any yard work done. The SF Chronicle had a wonderful description of the weather along the lines of, "the cycle of annoying little rainstorms is unlikely to end any time soon". I definitely remember that the word "annoying" was in there. But I really need to spend at least one day working on the database interface for Kalamazoo, so maybe the rain is a Good Thing.
Thursday I went in to see the tax consultant (Mom -- you'll get the separate, more detailed report in e-mail) and it looks like he'll be more help than I was afraid he would based on the phone conversation. Oh, and he said he was in awe of our record-keeping and organization. When he came to the depreciation schedule, I thought he was going to kiss it.
