You probably already know about this magazine, and the only reason I picked up a copy was because I spotted the word "Wales" on the cover, but there's evidently a new (as of January) glossy magazine on cheese and cheese-making entitled Culture. They have a web site. They have luscious centerfold pictures. I picked up a copy at Berkeley Bowl, but I imagine there are other places one could buy it.

Yup, I saw it at Omnivore books and the_cheese_lady said she's getting a subscription.
