Re-fi forth

The appraisal came in at sufficient for the re-fi, although I'm going to have to spring for some of the costs out-of-pocket. Well, there's a reason I didn't spend all my tax refunds and bonus yet (and there will still be plenty to do the redecorating of the guest bedroom and sock some away in the bank as well). Looking at the new estimated monthly payment, it looks like I'll be saving a bit over $400 a month. Not bad at all.
