Somehow my iPhone has "forgotten" all my carefully programmed ringtone-mappings (the ones that tell me which individual or category of individual is calling). The previous time it did this was when I reset the factory settings in an over-kill approach to solving a connectivity problem. This time it seems to have done it spontaneously out of malice. Yes, I can reprogram them, but it's annoying.

Once you do, can you back it up somewhere, so that the next time you only need put it back, not re-do?

That happened to mine, too. I had to reprogram them.
Thankfully, it hasn't happened again.
