State of the HRJ

The iPhone continues to languish in its medically-induced coma (i.e., sealed in a baggie with a packet of industrial dessicant). I continue to play whack-a-zombie-chicken at work. The world continues to turn. Sunday came close to being an entirely wasted day. While on my way back from an errand in Walnut Creek, I realized that what I really wanted to do was crawl back in bed and sleep some more. I came no closer to sleep than vegging in bed, though. The only thing that redeemed the day was doing a couple weeks' worth of laundry and getting the pants hemmed from the White Elephant Sale. And I remembered one more thing to add to the to-do list: get my hair cut. Hey, at least my back is all recovered from moving stuff last weekend.
