Memo to self

When one has used one's Cuisinart mini-prep for grinding the hot peppers for the jerky experiments, one should remember that no matter how thoroughly one washes the components, one should be prepared for the next several dishes using this equipment to experience flashbacks. Fortunately, the drinking chocolate experiments are not entirely incompatible with this state of affairs as long as one is expansive enought to encompass Aztec tastes in chocolate.

I dunno about Aztecs, but all the food shows are doing spicy chocolate things...I've tried several and I perversely enjoy having to blow my nose after eating chocolate.
