thread_walker's. Tipsy Settlers of Cataan. 'Nuff said. I'm blowing off Mists Investiture in favor of my cousins' housewarming this afternoon and otherwise need to get the house caught up from pre-Kalamazoo neglect. It would have been a lovely day for brunch on the deck, but my handyman is re-finishing the deck and it isn't quite usable at the moment. Still, the cat and I are enjoying the sunshine and the Squirrel Follies from the comfort of breakfast-in-bed. (Well, the cat doesn't get breakfast in bed, but whatever.) Enjoy it while I can, since the weather widget is projecting three days of rain in the middle of next week. I'm trying to reorganize my weather expectations to treat this as normal, but I'd rather have a bit more predictability.

Thanks for the front-line briefs while you were at the 'Zoo. Some of the topics actually sounded kinda interesting and I'm not all that hot on drilled-down European historical minutiae. Hope you had a good time!
