Roof done

They said they'd get it done in a single day, and by golly they did. When I got home, my first reaction was, "Wait: if there was some reason why they couldn't do the job today, wouldn't they have called?" But this was only because the crew had cleaned up so thoroughly that you couldn't tell they'd even been there. Wow. I climbed up and looked around and it looks very good. (In addition to re-surfacing the flat part of the roof, they re-sloped it for better drainage, enlarged the drain hole, and ran the composite surface up the sides of everything that stuck up for increased waterproofness. One more down on the task list.

So my mom finally had her biopsy today. Now we get to wait for results.
