hrjWell, the car is back from the shop, with new clutch (and new water pump, and misc. replaced belts and whatnot) and full servicing. And the laptop came back from the shop last Saturday and has failed to fail in the intervening time. I have high hopes that no more of my assorted tools will decide to crap out for quite some time.
