Final schedules for Worldcon in Dublin have been sent to participants for approval, so I've gone ahead and put mine on my website. (The full schedule should be available from the convention website after the weekend.)
I have 2 panels in the Friday. I was originally down to moderate one and be on the other, but I'm a bit worried because when the final thing came in they've put me down to moderate both. (I didn't actually volunteer to moderate anything, so that's a bit much.) I'll moderate the one I was originally down to mod (one about water in SFF) but I've asked to be excused moderator duties on the other (unwriteable stories). Not heard back yet.
I've just read your schedule. Damn, if I'd known there was a Regency panel I'd have asked to be on it. My Rowankind trilogy is set in 1801-1803.
You can always come and contribute thoughtful audience questions at the Regency fantasy panel! I'm just glad that the idea of "Regency fantasy" is a thing, because my series is so hard to classify and every toehold helps. It doesn't fit solidly into "Regency" due to not being English, but I figures since the inspirations were solidly rooted in Georgette Heyer, I get to claim belonging on that basis.
The Strange and Random Happenstance blog (https://strange-and-random-happenstance.blogspot.com) has been doing an annual "Regency magic" month of reviews for the last several months. I couldn't find "Rowankind" in a search on the site so I assume she hasn't found your books yet. You might drop her a note and offer review copies.
