Dragged myself to work today -- the cold has settled down to something equivalent to an allergy attack. (Hmm, ya know, it's possible that it's edged sideways into an allergy attack. It wouldn't be impossible and the season is about right.) Put together something passable for my collegium class this weekend (basically a crass commercial shill for the Games Tourney). Got a note from the IRS today acknowledging that they received the inquiry about my refund. (Acknowledging that they received it back on April 25, mind you.) They say I'll probably hear further from them in another month or so. Grrrrr.

Good luck a the Collegium tomorrow. Sure wish I could have gone. I've still got most a huge timeline project in front of me for our Shire Event Sunday. Is there any way you can join us for it? It's a bardic competition plus old timers revel. Lot's of the OLD OLD timers have said they'd come. It's gonna be a really fun. I can't wait to hear the stories.

Most folks teaching Saturday have said they can't come, and I know you're not feeling well,...just wanted you to know I would be thrilled if you could be there.

I'll see. I may need a day off -- especially with still catching up on the sleep. (I was up coughing for hours again last night, and I can't exactly sleep in tomorrow morning what with the drive to Sacramento. Which reminds me, must remember to pack cryptocosm's mail.)
